What exactly does WPInsight do?

WPInsight is a tracking and intelligence dashboard for WordPress.org plugins. Add the plugins you care about, and it keeps a daily record of how they’re performing — installs, downloads, search rankings, reviews, and growth milestones — then turns that history into charts, alerts, and competitor insights.

What WPInsight tracks

For every plugin you add, it records — automatically, once a day:

Keyword rankings on WordPress.org plugin search

Where the data comes from

Everything WPInsight shows is built from public WordPress.org data — the same information anyone can see on the plugin directory, just collected, kept as history, and analyzed for you. It doesn’t need access to your wp-admin, your site, or any private analytics.

Plans

WPInsight offers a free Basic plan plus paid plans — Starter, Growth, and Enterprise — that raise your limits (more plugins, keywords, reviews, and longer rank history). Some integrations, like Slack, require a paid plan. See Billing & subscriptions.
